Promax/BDA, which operates www.promaxbda.tv, www.dzine.tv and mi6conference.com, collects personal information from online visitors during registration for /BDA membership; registration for various conferences or special events; creation of profiles, submission of award entries and submission of scores for all awards competitions; and when people order duplicate awards, conference sessions or award winner DVDs. Information collected may include contact information (mailing address, phone number, email address), payment information (credit card number, expiration date), award entry information (entry title, category name and title, etc.)

When collecting credit card information for online purchases, Promax/BDA offers secured-server transactions that encrypt the information in transit to prevent someone from intercepting it and misusing it. When we collect other information from our users, it is stored in an area where the general public does not have access to it.

Once we receive information, we securely store it on our system. Only authorized personnel have access to our members’ personal information. We use the information collected when our members contact Promax/BDA (e.g., name, e-mail address, phone number) to respond to their request.
